Former South Australian cricketer Andrew Crook is the new general manager of netball's trans-Tasman ANZ Championship.
The Australian replaces Anthony Everard, who resigned earlier this year to take up a position as league manager with the Australian Twenty20 Big Bash League.
Crook played first-class cricket for South Australia and for English counties Northamptonshire and Lancashire.
He is currently working as general manager of England Netball's Superleague, and has a background in sponsorship, marketing and strategic planning in sport management.
The 2012 ANZ Championship season begins on March 31.
