West Coast Fever have added three new players to their list for the 2012 trans-Tasman netball season, luring Ashleigh Brazill, Chanel Gomes and Verity Simmons to the club.
The talented trio are all products of the AIS Netball program, with Fever coach Norma Plummer claiming all three have the potential to break into the national squad down the track.
Plummer said the signing of former NSW Swifts mid-courter Brazill would add a new dimension to the Fever.
"Her athletic power, elevation and determination will be a strong feature as she steps out for the Fever," Plummer said.
Queenslander Gomes, who enjoyed court time with the Fever in the 2011 season as injury cover, said she was thrilled to be rejoining for the whole season.
"I had a great time in Perth last year and am really looking forward to playing alongside what is set to be a new and exciting team in 2012," Gomes said.
"Being coached by Norma at Fastnet last year was such a great opportunity. She's an awesome coach and I am looking forward to learning even more going forward."
The latest signings bring the Fever's squad up to 10 players, with Australia vice-captain Catherine Cox and English import Eboni Beckford-Chambers headlining the inclusions.
