2. All entries are via the Western Front email address TheWesternFront@networkten.com.au or via snail mail to PO Box 10, Mirrabooka, 6941 as advertised on the program The Western Front.
3. A limit of 1 entry per day applies.
4. Entries will be taken from Saturday 9th April 2011 at 2.00pm(WST) until Friday 16th September 2011 at 10.00am (WST). The draw will take place at 10:01am (WST) Wednesday 28th September 2011 at Network TEN Perth, Cottonwood Crescent, Dianella Heights WA 6059 and announced on air on Saturday 1st October 2011. Winners will be notified by mail. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes and values are listed below, winner to choose one (1) of the following:

- Nissan Micra - $15,990 5 Door Manual ST-L Micra OR

The prize includes dealer delivery, stamp duty and 12 months registration.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. If for any reason any element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, which is out of the promoters control then a similar prize to equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
7. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or direct consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the winners’ names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice any without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
10. Only one prize per household will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residence at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
11. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
12. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
13. Network TEN and companies associated with the promotion will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
14. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any charge in the value of a prize occurring between publishing date and date the prize is claimed.
